Westmoreland Annual Walk / Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Toyota of Greensburg Breast Cancer Awareness Month

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Toyota of Greensburg is proud to donate and support this year’s Westmoreland Annual Walk. We’re honored and excited to contribute to such a great cause.

The 16th annual walk was held at Twin Lakes Park Pavilion on Saturday, October 7, 2017. Walkers were welcomed to participate individually or with a team to help raise awareness. The turnout for this event was fantastic. Numerous breast cancer survivors along with their supporters joined together to help make the walk a huge success. A portion of the proceeds from this event will be donated to the Pennsylvania Breast Cancer Coalition. Proceeds will also benefit the Westmoreland Walks Inc. Pink Ribbon Scholarship along with the Spa Serenity Day — a day provided for a group of Westmoreland County breast cancer survivors to enjoy a full day of spa services, education, lunch and much more at no cost. Additionally, this event will benefit the Pink Angel Fund — a fund established to help families experiencing hardships due to breast cancer. With 1 in 8 women being diagnosed with breast cancer, together we can help make a difference. Toyota of Greensburg wants to thanks all participants in this year's Westmoreland Annual Walk to help raise awareness and support. We're proud to offer our support and contributions to this excellent cause.
