Maria Pontero processed my paperwork. Maria was very nice as well. She explained me in details the benefits of different options (extended car warranty, gap insurance), but didn't try very hard to convince me to purchase the options which I didn't need (I ended up buying the extended car warranty, since I was thinking of doing that even before, based on my bad past experience with a used car). I will definitely recommend Toyota of Greensburg.
